Those of you who peruse eBay probably realize that we still have an extensive inventory of pre-1970 Dinky & Corgi models. Many of these models have been sitting idle for a decade or more. We realized that the market has changed, so we will be relisting each and every one with a lowered price and may even try a few auctions in the near future. Every one of these models was from a collection or old store stock. With the preponderance of modern reproductions in the marketplace, it is very important to stress that ALL OF THESE MODELS OFFERED FROM OUR INVENTORY ARE AUTHENTIC & VINTAGE, AND CARRY A LIFETIME AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE. With that said, this particular model is a DINKY #514 GUY VAN-SLUMBERLAND; VG+ MODEL W/ VG+ BOX, BRIGHT & ATTRACTIVE-SCARCE. This version features Slumberland Spring Interior Mattresses transfers. The condition overall is VG+ with BRIGHT PAINT. There are several small paint chips, most notably on the box part of the truck. There is also a flat left rear tire; the model is otherwise bright and attractive, and shows very limited playwear. The matching and correct box is bright and VG+ some evidence and of humidity exposure and fading on one end. Even with these minor imperfections, a finer example of this model would be hard to find.
