Most of the collection was comprised of celluloid pinback buttons, but there are some GREAT earlier pre-1896 pieces, as well. Some standard abbreviations used include: cello = celluloid pinback button, litho = lithograph pinback button, ferro = ferrotype. All items’ sizes are denoted, as well as condition.
