In fact the presently offered MS-66 is amongst the condition census for the date, with a mere 9 coins graded MS-66+ at PCGS and none finer. The 1923-D has always been our favorite GEM $20 Saint because of the combination of strike and luster indigenous to the date. The present 1915-S example could give ANY 1923-D a run for it’s money.
