This is a 1896 $1 SILVER CERTIFICATE EDUCATIONAL FR#225 PMG VF25 MINOR REPAIRS, GREAT LOOK! A note that has great color and some original paper quality, but apparently has an old repair. We cannot locate it, but suspect a small internal split with expertly fixed. Great looking note that appears better than the assigned grade.
